Capstone Mechanical, LP. seeks an HVAC Service Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects for our customers, coordinating field and office activities.

You will lead project engineers and superintendents, monitor milestones, manage budgets, procure materials, and ensure quality control. Regular site visits and weekly status updates are required. This is a full-time, on-site role in Florida.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Project Management/Project Engineering in the mechanical/plumbing industry.
• Strong experience in the HVAC industry.
• Handling multiple small and changeout projects daily.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects for customers.
• Direct project engineers and general superintendents.
• Attend weekly project management meetings and provide status updates.
