Thermal Concepts, LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC service projects in Orlando. You will plan, coordinate with clients, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably HVAC or construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee HVAC service projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide regular updates on status.
• Assign tasks to service technicians and monitor progress for quality and efficiency.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and meet financial targets.
• Resolve issues or conflicts during projects and maintain detailed documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Conduct project reviews to identify improvements and collaborate with other departments.
• Provide training and support to service technicians as needed.
