Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of residential HVAC service technicians and apprentices.

• Ensure all work complies with state and local codes along with all company safety regulations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching, and training for team members.
• Oversee troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of complex HVAC issues.
• Manage inventory, tools, and materials to ensure technicians are properly equipped.
• Monitor job costs, labor hours, and departmental profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, productivity, and revenue.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure positive resolution.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for service upgrades and maintenance agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, inspections, and compliance documentation.

Compensation

• Competitive Pay: $75,000 - $90,000, based on experience
