Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and train HVAC service technicians to improve technical and customer-facing skills
• Conduct ride-alongs and performance reviews
• Create individual development plans and help technicians achieve their goals
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Monitor and improve revenue, close rates, and average ticket value
• Help technicians identify opportunities to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Partner with leadership to achieve department goals and growth objectives
• Ensure efficient scheduling, staffing, and workflow management
