F.H. Furr is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead a residential service team, coaching technicians to improve technical and customer-facing skills and drive revenue growth. The role emphasizes accountability, development, and a culture of performance across the team.

The successful candidate will mentor staff, optimize operations, and ensure world-class service while maintaining safety and industry standards in the VA/MD/DE/DC region.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: scheduling, staffing, and workflow; collaborate with dispatch and customer service; resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain excellence: uphold safety, workmanship, and professionalism; ensure regulatory compliance; lead by example.

What You'll Do

Develop and Lead Your Team

• Coach, mentor, and train HVAC service technicians to improve technical and customer-facing skills
• Conduct ride-alongs and performance reviews
• Create individual development plans and help technicians achieve their goals

Drive Performance and Growth

• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including revenue, close rates, and average ticket value
• Help technicians identify opportunities to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
