Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience within residential HVAC.
- Strong residential HVAC installation background.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential HVAC installation technicians and apprentices.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and hire top talent.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members with technical trainers.
- Establish performance expectations and support employee growth.
- Ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and customer service standards.
- Monitor team productivity and overall operational performance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Drive exceptional customer experiences through quality workmanship and service.
