Cool Today in Orlando, FL is seeking an EXPERIENCED HVAC Service Manager to lead daily field operations, training, safety, and vendor meetings while ensuring technicians deliver outstanding service to our customers.

We offer market-value compensation with annual salary up to $100K, a monthly performance bonus with no caps, robust PTO, health/vision/dental, 401K with company match up to 30%, life insurance, disability, and continuous professional development in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems.
• NextStar Experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team mentality to enhance productivity and standards.
