Qualifications

• Minimum five years HVAC management experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Highly organized with multitasking capability.
• Proficient with standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads and promote maintenance/service agreements.
• Schedule, direct and support HVAC technicians to meet service demands.
• Maintain focus on customer service excellence.
• Recruit and train HVAC technicians to meet workload demands.
• Supervise and direct HVAC technicians and ensure quality.
• Review work for safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Set improvement goals for staff per company requirements.
• Maintain training programs for latest HVAC techniques and safety.
• Lead meetings with technicians to align on goals.
• Develop budgets and monitor departmental profitability.
• Review work orders, invoices and time reports to optimize cash flow.
• Ensure timely parts' orders to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with company/department policies.
• Manage the fleet maintenance program.
• Coordinate with other department managers on goals.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
