Job summary

Aire Serv in Raleigh is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead a well‑organized, profitable service department. You will train and mentor staff, coordinate dispatch, inspect vehicles, and ensure service standards drive customer satisfaction.

You’ll review timecards and invoices, manage parts inventories, and stay organized to maximize efficiency. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required; company perks include a branded van, iPad, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management (HVAC field preferred but not required).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills with customers, field staff and office team

Responsibilities

• Ensure World-Class Customer Service – Train, mentor and develop service staff to deliver on company service standards and activities that drive customer satisfaction.
• Operational Efficiency – Review timecards, scheduling, dispatching, material inventories and more to maximize operational efficiencies.
• Stay Organized and Outcome Oriented – From ensuring the right parts arrive at the right job sites to managing billing, warranty information, invoices, assisting with collections, tracking commissions and responding to customer complaints, your daily actions contribute to the overall growth of the service department.
