This role reports directly to senior leadership who is currently overseeing multiple locations. Leadership is hands‑on during onboarding and values frequent communication but is not a micromanager. The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all service and project‑related operations in the Raleigh location once work is sold. This includes leadership of technicians, coordination with dispatch, operational execution of projects and service work, and ensuring systems and processes are followed. The Service Manager serves as the technical backstop, daily leader, and accountability driver for the field team while ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.
This role is primarily based in the Raleigh branch with regular interaction in the field. The Service Manager will work closely with technicians, dispatch, and leadership and should be comfortable balancing office‑based responsibilities with hands‑on field involvement.
