Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/residential HVAC systems and service.
• EPA 608 cert required; NATE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HVAC service operations, dispatching, and scheduling.
• Mentor and manage a team of service technicians.
• Monitor calls, progress, and completion for timely delivery.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory for parts.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and company policies.
• Track KPIs and report department performance.
