Job summary

FPC Franchise is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead the post-sale service and parts operation in the greater Atlanta area. You will manage a team of service technicians and an expanding aftermarket parts business, serving as the bridge between customers, the field, and Engineering and Sales.

You will drive customer satisfaction from installation through warranty resolution, collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to improve product reliability and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct, hands-on experience with HVAC systems.
• Minimum 5 years managing a technical service department.
• Vocational school, associate’s degree, or equivalent field experience.

HVAC Service Manager

SUMMARY

A privately held U.S. manufacturer of custom HVAC and data center cooling equipment is looking for a Field Service Manager to lead their post-sale service and parts operation in the greater Atlanta area. This role owns customer satisfaction from installation through warranty resolution, directly managing a team of service technicians and a growing aftermarket parts business. You will be the critical link between customers, the field, and internal Engineering and Sales teams — with high visibility and real impact on product quality and company growth.

YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Have deep hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing complex HVAC systems, including mechanical, electrical, and controls-based equipment, and can guide technicians through difficult field issues remotely or on-site

• Have built and led a service department — managing technician schedules, warranty claims, customer escalations, and parts pricing — and can show measurable results from your leadership

• Are the person customers trust when things go wrong, because you communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and don’t stop until the problem is solved

• Thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment where you work alongside Engineering, Sales, and Operations to drive continuous improvement in product reliability and service delivery
