Appalachian Heating is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead a residential/light commercial field team in Bradley, WV. You will mentor technicians, manage service operations, and drive customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.

The role involves field leadership, coaching, and hands-on balance with dispatch coordination; a strong focus on safety, code compliance, and quality workmanship is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC trade experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership roles in the trades.
• High school diploma or GED; trade school preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proficiency with mobile devices, cloud apps, and CRM/dispatch software (ServiceTitan preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor field technicians; conduct ride-alongs and trainings.
• Optimize technician routing with dispatch based on skills and workload.
• Inspect repairs and installations for safety and code compliance.
• Address escalated customer concerns and manage warranty work.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, labor margins, and revenue targets.
• Oversee workflows within ServiceTitan including price book, estimates, and invoicing.
• Coordinate parts procurement and manage inventory and vehicle stock.
