The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years in HVAC and 3+ years in management, plus proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with Service Titan. A valid driver’s license is required. Competitive salary with bonus structure and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• 3+ years of management experience in a service industry or equivalent.
• 3 years of HVAC industry knowledge.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Service Titan software experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and customer service.
• Manage a team of technicians and maintain service schedules.
• Oversee training and development, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policy.
• Ensure timely completion of HVAC service requests.
• Maintain customer relations and handle daily billing and warranty claims.
• Order parts and finalize technicians' estimates.
• Ensure vehicles are stocked and managed.
• Conduct performance reviews for technicians.
