Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee HVAC service and maintenance team performance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and support employee development
• Address personnel issues and support conflict resolution
• Communicate directly with customers and resolve concerns
• Recommend system upgrades and improvements when appropriate
• Schedule and prioritize service calls for efficiency
• Oversee preventive maintenance timelines and completion
• Enforce safety protocols to minimize risks
• Monitor HVAC parts, tools, and inventory
• Manage department budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Stay current on HVAC trends and train staff accordingly

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
• 5-10 years of proven HVAC industry experience in service and maintenance leadership
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Ability to coach, train, and evaluate technicians
• Knowledge of scheduling, dispatching, and inventory processes
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in dynamic environments
