Abstrakt Marketing Group is seeking a highly motivated HVAC Service Manager to lead a new service team in North Canton, OH. The role requires experience with residential and commercial HVAC, strong leadership, and a dedication to quality service.

You will supervise technicians, schedule dispatches, troubleshoot on complex calls, train staff, and uphold safety standards while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC service experience (residential & commercial).
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA Type II certification preferred.
• Strong communication, scheduling, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a service-driven team.
• Organized, punctual, and adaptable.
