Harrington Home Services in Pinellas Park, FL is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead the service department day-to-day, guide technicians, and push performance and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will manage schedules with ServiceTitan, drive accountability and safety, mentor the team, coordinate pricing and warranty work, and partner with sales and install teams to grow service revenue. We offer competitive pay and full benefits.
