Job summary

CM-CONNECTICUT LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager with a strong sales background to lead the day-to-day operations and growth of the HVAC Service Division in Connecticut. You will supervise technicians, drive service sales, manage budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction while expanding maintenance agreements.

The role requires a proven HVAC service background with sales capability and the ability to identify opportunities, generate and close sales, and mentor a high-performing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service management or related leadership experience.
• Proven HVAC sales experience with ability to generate revenue and close sales opportunities.
• Experience developing and selling maintenance/service agreements.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to improve technician performance.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC service, repair, replacement, and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage sales goals, budgets, KPIs, and departmental profitability.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the HVAC Service Division.
• Drive service department sales, revenue, and profitability.
• Generate sales leads and identify opportunities for HVAC repairs, replacements, upgrades, and services.
• Prepare and present job estimates and proposals to customers.
• Promote and grow maintenance and service agreement programs.
• Coach HVAC technicians on identifying customer needs and presenting options.
• Monitor KPIs and supervise technician performance.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets and goals.
• Coordinate training and ensure safety and quality standards.
