Qualifications

• Five years HVAC management related experience.
• In-depth understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Technical aptitude with knowledge of local codes and codes compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the HVAC Division to ensure service excellence.
• Generate sales leads and promote maintenance/service agreements; prepare job estimates.
• Schedule and direct HVAC technicians to meet service demands and customer expectations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise technicians; monitor performance and safety standards.
• Develop and monitor budgets, goals, and department profitability.
• Review work orders and time reports to optimize cash flow and meet deadlines.
