Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HVAC service operations with proven service sales.
• EPA certification and ongoing education preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment and components.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HVAC service department including technicians, dispatchers and admin staff.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue through service contracts, maintenance agreements and equipment sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and pursue new opportunities to expand the customer base.
