Polestar Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a data-driven and performance-minded HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team with precision and accountability. If you excel at coaching technicians, analyzing KPIs, and driving revenue and customer satisfaction, this role is built for you.

You will lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC service technicians to hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, while ensuring adherence to processes, pricing, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HVAC service teams in a residential setting.
• Strong ability to analyze KPIs and coach based on data.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train technicians in technical and customer-service skills.
• Operational mindset focused on efficiency, profitability, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC service technicians to hit KPIs.
• Own and improve team performance in revenue per tech/day, ticket value, and close rate.
• Run daily huddles, ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to Polestar processes, pricing, and safety protocols.
• Monitor dispatch board, capacity, call flow, job accuracy, and profitability.
• Partner with leadership to set goals and implement performance plans.
