Job summary

Just In Time Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing Services seeks a proven leader to oversee our HVAC team and elevate service delivery. You will coach technicians, shape training and processes, and work closely with dispatch and the office to ensure smooth operations.

Residential service experience and EPA 608 certification are a plus, with opportunities for advancement and a strong focus on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coaching and developing a team.
• Strong organization and communication between techs, dispatch, and customers.
• Residential HVAC background with EPA 608 certification is a plus.
• Customer-first attitude and professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead skilled HVAC technicians and mentor them to grow.
• Shape training, processes, and growth plans for the department.
• Collaborate with dispatch and office teams to deliver great service.
• Lead by example in the community with professional conduct.
