Job summary

Just In Time Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing Services is seeking a strong leader to build and lead our growing plumbing division. You will guide a team of plumbers, mentor technicians, and drive service excellence to protect homes and provide peace of mind.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to coach, train, and build a strong plumbing team.
• Experience coordinating technicians, dispatch, and customer communication.
• Residential plumbing experience across repairs, water heaters, drains, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead talented plumbers with a supportive office crew behind you.
• Coach, train, and develop your team to perform at a high level.
• Organize workflow and ensure clear communication with customers and dispatch.

What You Bring

• Leadership Experience: You know how to coach, train, and build a strong team.

• Strong Plumbing Background: Years of residential experience across repairs, water heaters, drains, and more is a plus.
• Illinois Plumbing License is a plus.
