Job summary

Glendale Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a Field Technical Lead to coach, mentor, and develop our service team. You’ll lead by example, solving complex diagnostics while strengthening customer communication, safety practices, and adherence to high workmanship standards across our residential projects.

You’ll work with younger technicians, elevating their troubleshooting skills and professionalism. This role offers meaningful leadership responsibilities, paid training and certifications,

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
  • Washington State 06A Electrical License (Administrator preferred).
  • Expert-level troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • EPA Certification.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to teach, motivate, and develop technicians of varying skill levels.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor developing technicians through ride-alongs, training, and hands-on instruction.

The Role — Lead by Example, Teach by Experience

As our Field Technical Lead, you'll be more than a technician—you'll be a coach, mentor, trainer, and trusted technical resource for our team.

You'll work alongside younger technicians in the field, helping them sharpen their troubleshooting skills, improve customer communication, and develop into exceptional HVAC professionals.
