AllTech Services, Inc. in Northern Virginia seeks an HVAC Service Manager to own the service P&L, build leaders, and drive high-performance results. You will lead supervisors and technicians, set clear expectations, and push for revenue growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

You’ll coach leaders, scale teams, and maintain accountability, while partnering across sales, install, and operations to deliver the AllTech standard. Apply to lead with impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role (Service Manager, Operations Manager, or similar)
• Proven ability to lead leaders and scale a team
• Strong business acumen—understanding of P&L, KPIs, and performance drivers
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms
• High accountability mindset—you own outcomes, not excuses
• The ability to lead, teach, and develop people consistently
• A standard that refuses to accept average
