Solution Staffing is seeking a Service Manager to supervise the commercial HVAC service department in the King of Prussia, PA area. The role focuses on scheduling, execution, billing, warranty and emergency service work, while driving revenue and gross margin through strong leadership.

The ideal candidate has 4–5+ years of experience leading a commercial HVAC service team, with a proven track record of building high-performance crews, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional customer service

• Stable employment history and a proven track record for success.
• Ability to supervise, train, and develop HVAC service technicians.
• Experience building budgets and meeting revenue and gross margin targets.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, execute, bill, and complete service, warranty, and emergency jobs.
• Develop budgets and meet revenue and gross margin targets.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans.
• Perform monthly financial performance analysis and report to management.
• Manage assets including inventory and service vehicles.
• Build a high-performance culture with annual performance reviews and development initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and develop all HVAC service technicians.

One of the Philadelphia area's leading HVAC Mechanical Companies has an immediate need for a Service Manager to supervise and manage the commercial HVAC service department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the scheduling, execution, billing and completion of service,warranty,and emergency jobs.
• Responsible fordeveloping a budget andmeeting revenue and gross margin targets.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans and programs.
• Responsible for executing monthly financial performance analysis. Reports the information in an effective manner to management and takes corrective action as needed.
• Responsible for efficient asset management, such as inventory and company service vehicles.
• Responsible for building a high-performance culture to include annual performance reviews and development initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and develop all branch HVAC Service Technicians

Ideally, we are looking for someone with 4-5+ years of experience leading and growing a commercial HVAC service department. Must have a stable employment history and proven track record for success.
