Responsibilities

• Schedule, execute, bill, and close service, warranty, and emergency jobs.
• Develop budgets and meet revenue and gross margin targets.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and technicians to implement plans.
• Analyze monthly financial performance and report to management.
• Oversee asset management, inventory, and company vehicles.
• Supervise, train, and develop all HVAC service technicians.
