Software Placement Group (SPG) is seeking a Service Manager in Voorhees, NJ to lead and grow a commercial HVAC service department on-site. You will drive service operations, manage budgets, and ensure high customer satisfaction in a rapidly expanding company.

The role requires 4-5+ years of leadership experience in HVAC service and a proven track record. This is a non-union, on-site position with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, execution, billing, and completion of service, warranty, and emergency jobs.
• Develop budgets and meet revenue and gross margin targets.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans and programs.
• Conduct monthly financial performance analysis and report findings to management, taking corrective action as needed.
• Manage assets efficiently, including inventory and company service vehicles.
• Build a high-performance culture through annual performance reviews and development initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and develop all branch HVAC Service Technicians.
