Job summary

iLocatum in Fairfield, NJ is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead and grow its commercial HVAC service department. This hands-on leadership role has full ownership of department operations, including scheduling, billing, and performance, overseeing a team of 25 technicians.

You will own the department's P&L and drive revenue and gross margin targets, with monthly financial analysis and corrective action as needed, while building a high-performance culture through coaching and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years leading and growing a commercial HVAC service department.
• Experience developing and managing a P&L budget.
• Experience supervising and developing a technician team.
• Strong communication across customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians.

What You'll Do

Compensation And Benefits
