Solution Staffing is assisting a North Jersey HVAC Mechanical Company in finding a Service Manager to oversee the commercial HVAC service department. The role focuses on scheduling, budgeting, and guiding a team of technicians.

The ideal candidate has 4–5+ years of leadership in HVAC service, with a strong track record in growth, client relations, and operations management. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling, execution, billing and completion of service, warranty, and emergency jobs.
• Developing a budget and meeting revenue and gross margin targets.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans and programs.
• Executing monthly financial performance analysis and reporting to management with corrective actions.
• Efficient asset management, including inventory and company service vehicles.
• Building a high-performance culture with annual performance reviews and development initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and develop all branch HVAC Service Technicians.

One of North Jersey's leading HVAC Mechanical Companies has an immediate need for a Service Manager to supervise and manage the commercial HVAC service department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the scheduling, execution, billing and completion of service,warranty,and emergency jobs.
• Responsible fordeveloping a budget andmeeting revenue and gross margin targets.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans and programs.
• Responsible for executing monthly financial performance analysis. Reports the information in an effective manner to management and takes corrective action as needed.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with 4-5+ years of experience leading and growing a commercial HVAC service department. Must have a stable employment history and proven track record for success.
