Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to oversee the commercial HVAC service department in Central/Northern New Jersey. You will lead scheduling, execution, and billing of service, warranty, and emergency jobs, while driving growth and profitability on a fast-growing team.

Ideal candidates have 4–5+ years of leadership in commercial HVAC services, a proven track record, and the ability to manage a large team of technicians.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience leading and growing a commercial HVAC service department.
• Stable employment history and proven track record of success.
• Experience supervising a large team of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, execute, bill, and complete service, warranty, and emergency jobs.
• Develop and manage a P&L budget, achieving revenue and gross margin targets.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans.
• Perform monthly financial performance analysis and report to management.
• Oversee asset management, including inventory and service vehicles.
• Build a high-performing culture through annual reviews and development initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and develop 25 HVAC Service Technicians.

One of Central/Northern New Jersey's leading HVAC Mechanical Companies has an immediate need for a HVAC Service Manager to supervise and manage the commercial HVAC service department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the scheduling, execution, billing and completion of service,warranty,and emergency jobs.
• Responsible fordeveloping a P&L budget andmeeting revenue and gross margin targets.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans and programs.
• Responsible for executing monthly financial performance analysis. Reports the information in an effective manner to management and takes corrective action as needed.
• Responsible for efficient asset management, such as inventory and company service vehicles.
• Responsible for building a high-performance culture to include annual performance reviews and development initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and develop all branch HVAC Service Technicians(25 Technicians)

Ideally, we are looking for someone with 4-5+ years of experience leading and growing a commercial HVAC service department. Must have a stable employment history and proven track record for success.
