Job Juncture is seeking an HVAC Service Manager for a leading HVAC firm in New Jersey to supervise the commercial service department, overseeing planning, scheduling, and service delivery. The role focuses on growing the team and achieving revenue and margin targets in a non-union environment.

Ideal candidates bring 4-5+ years of leadership in commercial HVAC service, a stable employment history, and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule, execute, bill, and complete service, warranty, and emergency jobs.
• Develop a P&L budget and meet revenue and gross margin targets.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans.
• Execute monthly financial performance analysis and report to management.
• Efficient asset management including inventory and service vehicles.
• Build a high-performance culture with annual performance reviews and development initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and develop 25 branch HVAC Service Technicians

One of Central/Northern New Jersey’s leading HVAC Mechanical Companies has an immediate need for a HVAC Service Manager to supervise and manage the commercial HVAC service department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for the scheduling, execution, billing and completion of service,warranty,and emergency jobs.
• Responsible fordeveloping a P&L budget andmeeting revenue and gross margin targets.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans and programs.
• Responsible for executing monthly financial performance analysis. Reports the information in an effective manner to management and takes corrective action as needed.
• Responsible for efficient asset management, such as inventory and company service vehicles.
• Responsible for building a high-performance culture to include annual performance reviews and development initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and develop all branch HVAC Service Technicians(25 Technicians)

Ideally, we are looking for someone with 4-5+ years of experience leading and growing a commercial HVAC service department. Must have a stable employment history and proven track record for success.
