Solution Staffing partners with a reputable mechanical contractor to hire Mid‑Sr level commercial HVAC Service Technicians for Central and Northern NJ (No NYC). This is a direct hire position with vehicle and comprehensive benefits from day one.

We seek technicians with 3+ years of commercial/industrial experience servicing RTUs, split systems, pumps and chillers. Growth opportunities are strong within Fortune 500, educational, healthcare, pharma and large manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC service is required.
• Experience servicing RTUs, split systems, pumps and chillers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service Central and Northern NJ (No NYC).
• Provide direct, high‑quality HVAC service to customers.
