Done! Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking an HVAC Service Manager in the Denver metro area. You will lead and develop the service team, coach technicians, and drive performance across KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC.
• Previous hands-on field experience in the home-service industry.
• A leader who is comfortable getting in the truck and into the field with technicians.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold employees accountable.
• Strong customer-service and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to understand and manage performance metrics and KPIs.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold the HVAC service team accountable.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s, technician ride-alongs, and coaching sessions.
• Develop technicians in technical ability, customer service, communication, and performance.
• Track team performance, KPIs, and department goals.
• Provide technical support and help technicians work through challenging calls.
• Partner closely with dispatch to ensure the right technician is sent to the right call.
• Identify underperformance and create clear plans for improvement.
• Help create a culture with clear expectations and recognition.
• Keep the GM updated on department performance, budget projections, and KPIs.
• Be available to support the team when on-call and for escalations.

What You'll Do

As our HVAC Service Manager, you'll be responsible for the performance, development, and success of our HVAC service team. You'll:

• Lead, manage, and hold the HVAC service team accountable
