Job summary

Elevate Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead and develop our service team in Fort Myers, FL. This role focuses on coaching technicians, ensuring high-quality diagnostics, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential HVAC with 2+ years in supervision, strong leadership, and a track record of improving KPIs. No overnight or Sunday calls, with growth opportunities into broader leadership roles.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of residential HVAC service experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven leadership skills and a track record of coaching and developing technicians.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Experience with Nexstar systems and best practices, plus familiarity with ServiceTitan and performance metrics.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of HVAC service technicians.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and technical support, including call-by-call coaching.
• Oversee daily service department operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and workflow.
• Monitor department KPIs, including job completion, average ticket, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with complex troubleshooting and ensure accurate diagnoses and effective solutions.
• Ensure team members follow safety protocols and applicable regulations and codes.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.
• Work with leadership to set goals and identify growth opportunities.
