Legacy Service Partners in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to oversee service operations and lead a team of technicians. You will align resources, schedules, and priorities to deliver timely HVAC services and outstanding customer satisfaction.

The role requires deep HVAC knowledge, proven leadership, and strong communication. You will develop preventive maintenance programs, monitor performance, and collaborate with sales and installations to ensure seamless service

Qualifications

• Experience in service and maintenance of commercial and residential HVAC systems.
• Supervisory/managerial experience with leadership and team management.
• Knowledge of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and specifications.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, codes and compliance in HVAC.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations including scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of technicians.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of HVAC service technicians.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of HVAC services and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service requests, document issues, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Prepare service reports and performance metrics for senior management.
• Collaborate with sales and installations for seamless service delivery.
• Manage inventory levels of parts, equipment, and supplies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Handle customer escalations and maintain client relationships.
