AIR2 Homes in Maitland, FL is seeking an experienced lead technician to oversee the daily operations of the HVAC service department. You will manage service technicians, uphold safety standards, and ensure customer satisfaction while guiding the team toward financial goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in HVAC service management or related leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and best practices.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English (bilingual is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the daily activities of the department under the direction of the Operations Manager.
• Mentor service technicians and support staff; promote safety and customer-first service.
• Coordinate work orders and priorities with service technicians; supervise field work.
• Ensure adherence to standard procedures and policies; monitor customer satisfaction and auditable quality.
• Upsell products and services to maintain customer relationships and drive revenue.
