Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Commercial Service Account Manager in Denver, CO to grow the Carrier Commercial Service business through service agreements, repairs, modernizations, controls, digital offerings, and lifecycle solutions.

You will build trusted advisor relationships with customers, aligning objectives with Carrier solutions to drive outcomes such as reduced operating costs, improved uptime, and asset lifecycle value while managing opportunities across the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales or account management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely on rooftops and in mechanical spaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and expand relationships with new and existing clients.
• Track sales activities and manage your pipeline within the CRM.
• Present at customer seminars to generate high-value opportunities.
• Close and renew service agreements and sell the full Carrier service portfolio.
• Create and maintain territory/account plans; build relationships and drive opportunities.
• Clearly articulate Carrier's value and map solutions to customer needs.
