Modigent is seeking a Service Foreman I - HVAC to lead service technicians on commercial HVAC repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and light retrofit work. You’ll guide daily operations, ensure safety standards, and drive customer service excellence under supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience with emerging leadership experience.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required; NATE and OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance and direction to service technicians on calls and projects.
• Oversee basic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure crews follow service procedures, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Assist with material coordination, progress tracking, and documentation.
• Lead toolbox talks and enforce PPE compliance.
• Communicate job status and issues to Service Manager or dispatch.
• Support quality checks and customer communication.
• Promote a positive team environment and company standards in the field.
