Job summary

Modigent is seeking a Service Foreman (I–IV) - HVAC to lead service technicians in commercial HVAC repair, maintenance, and retrofit work. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain strong customer relationships while coordinating with Service Managers and dispatch.

The role advances from Level I to IV with expanding scope, leadership, and accountability across multi-site operations, emphasizing safety, documentation, and team development.

Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC service professional with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance and direction to service technicians on calls and projects.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance tasks under supervision as needed.
• Coordinate with Service Manager/dispatch on job status and issues.
• Mentor lower-level technicians and Foremen I–III as appropriate.
• Ensure safety procedures, PPE compliance, and customer satisfaction.
