Job summary

Stark Tech is seeking an HVAC Lead Service Technician to oversee field operations for HVAC systems and generators in the New Hampshire area. You will coordinate scheduling, liaise with customers, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years in HVAC field service and two years in a lead role, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills to keep projects on track and customers well-informed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of field experience in HVAC service.
• At least two (2) years serving as a Lead Technician.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and generators.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, system start-ups, and emergency repairs for HVAC systems and generators.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding scheduled work, progress, and field operations.
• Ensure all work meets design specifications, safety standards, and contractual deadlines.
• Identify and communicate potential delays or resource needs promptly to project management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records.
• Promote and follow safe work practices at all times.
