Job summary

Parker & Sons in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Weekend HVAC Dispatcher to join our team of dedicated professionals delivering outstanding customer service. You will schedule and dispatch home service technicians for repairs, installations and maintenance across the Phoenix metro area.

This role requires at least 2 years of dispatching experience in HVAC or related trades; Service Titan and MS Office experience are a plus. Starting pay is $22–$24/hour with bonus and benefits, weekend schedule Fri–Mon.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule.
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location.
• Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians.
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments.
• Communicate with field personnel via Outlook.
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians.
• Maintain accurate technician database.
• Coordinate parts scheduling.
• Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions.
• Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc.

Our dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching home services repair, installation and maintenance technicians to specified customer locations for service and repair.

Schedule: Friday - Monday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM.

Must have a Minimum 1 years of dispatching experience in HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, or a related trades industry, Candidates with no trades dispatch experience will not be considered.
