Job summary

Cool Today - Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical is seeking a Traders Dispatchers to manage daily technician schedules and dispatch work orders across multiple locations. You’ll coordinate priorities, confirm appointments with customers, and track job status, ensuring smooth field operations for HVAC services.

The role requires dispatching experience in HVAC or related fields, basic computer skills, and a readiness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC or related fields.
• Basic computer proficiency, especially Microsoft applications.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Flexible schedule; must be able to staff 7am–10pm.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule.
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location.
• Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians.
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments.
• Communicate with field personnel via Outlook.
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians.
• Maintain accurate technician database.
• Coordinate parts scheduling.
• Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc.

Do I have What it Takes?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• MUST have Experience(Trades Dispatching preferred)
• Service Titan Experience a PLUS
• Must have a flexible work schedule, can be staffed any time from 7am to 10pm.
