Job summary

Parker & Sons is seeking a Weekend HVAC Dispatcher to schedule and dispatch home services technicians across Maricopa, Pinal and Gila Counties. You will manage daily schedules, prioritize work orders, and confirm next-day appointments with customers.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of dispatching experience in HVAC or related trades, strong computer skills (MS Office), and familiarity with Service Titan. This role features weekend shifts, competitive pay, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or related industry.
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location
• Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments
• Communicate with field personnel via Outlook
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians
• Maintain accurate technician database
• Coordinate parts scheduling
• Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions
• Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customers

Parker & Sons is currently seeking an WEEKEND HVACDispatcher to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our dispatchers are responsible for scheduling and dispatching home services repair, installation and maintenance technicians to specified customer locations for service and repair.

Schedule: Friday - Monday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM.

Must have a Minimum 1 years of dispatching experience in HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, or a related trades industry, Candidates with no trades dispatch experience will not be considered.
