CoolSys is seeking a detail-oriented dispatcher to support our Portland, OR service teams. You will prioritize calls, assign and dispatch technicians, respond to inquiries, and generate required reports to keep customers informed and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize calls (incoming and backlog).
• Assign and dispatch technicians.
• Work with Service Managers to address open calls.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Create and distribute required reporting.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding missed SLAs.
• Review incomplete calls daily.
• Verify nightly on-call crew.
• Ensure preventative maintenance is completed on schedule.
