Job summary

rossorecruiting seeks an experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher/Coordinator in Marietta, GA to manage scheduling, technician dispatch, and daily communication between field teams, customers, and project partners. This on-site role requires organization, multitasking, and a background in service dispatching or office coordination.

You will prioritize tickets, coordinate preventive maintenance, track work orders, and support billing and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in office coordination or dispatching (HVAC/trades preferred).
• Strong communication and professional customer service.
• Schedule management and quick response to changes.
• Familiarity with HVAC service operations terminology a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate service calls and scheduling.
• Respond to client inquiries and after-hours requests.
• Prioritize tickets and dispatch technicians.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, and startups.
• Liaise between office and field technicians.
• Maintain dispatch board, open call reports, and notes.
• Track work orders and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate billing and vendor invoicing with PM/Foreman.
• Prepare weekly technician time reports and costs.
• Support safety initiatives and PPE reminders.
