Job summary

Trane Technologies in Brea, CA is hiring a Service Coordinator II to plan, coordinate, and direct activities of operational resources. You will coordinate the execution of service agreements and repair work, procuring labor and materials within budget and communicating with Field Technicians and Service Managers.

The role requires a college certificate/technical degree or equivalent experience, strong customer service on the phone, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Qualifications

• Certificate/degree from college or technical school with one year related experience and/or training; or three years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience and alignment with leadership principles are valued.
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills - phone proficiency is essential.
• Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to projects.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skills, and availability.
• Interacts with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch technicians.
• Coordinates operations with Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and responding to special requests.
• Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, and produces reports.
