Job summary

EMCOR Services MSI-Certified Air Contractors is seeking a Service Dispatcher in Jacksonville to manage technician assignments, dispatch work, and coordinate parts and material needs. The role requires clear communication with customers and field staff, proficiency with office software, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Hourly position with benefits, reporting to the General Manager and working with the Service team.

Qualifications

• HVAC dispatching or related customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person and phone work.
• Proficient with common office software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assigns work orders to service technicians and coordinates materials.
• Communicates assignments and ETA/status to customers.
• Maintains dispatch screens and generates reports.
• Supports service billing as needed.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and safety practices.
