DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company in Coatesville, PA seeks an experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher to deliver world-class customer service and support our technicians.

This full-time, in-office role requires you to manage phones, schedule appointments, resolve customer issues, and coordinate with field staff; remote work is not offered. Ideal candidates have 2+ years HVAC dispatch experience, strong multi-tasking, typing 50 WPM, and a positive, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of related experience in the HVAC Industry as a Dispatcher.
• Ability to multi-task required.
• High school diploma or GED
• Can type at least 50 WPM
• Computer and MS Office Suite proficiency
• Have a positive personality
• Phone Etiquette
• Ability to problem solve
• Independently prioritize tasks based on importance
• Reliable transportation
• Pass Background check

Besides answering phones, scheduling appointments, and resolving customer issues, you will find other work to be done. You will be the primary contact for our field technicians and help them be successful in the field. You're never bored because there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. Since you are a proud member of our office, you keep things clean and well organized. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy with training on customer service skills and software!

This is not a remote position. This position requires you to be in the office 40 hours a week.
