• Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch/scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service work to align technicians, parts, and customer expectations.
• Update and manage service calls, assign technicians by location and availability.
• Communicate arrival windows and changes to customers and technicians.
• Maintain accurate notes in service systems and support purchase orders and closeouts.
